Victoria Infirmary, Northwich

The proposed works involve the creation of a new department which will house two operating theatres and related support accommodation at the Victoria Infirmary site in Northwich. The project consists of a new build extension and the refurbishment of the existing Verdin Ward, which is a building of significant importance located in a conservation area. The proposed development is adjacent to the Verdin House which is a Grade 2 listed building.
