Teviot House

Teviot House, located at South Gyle on the outskirts of Edinburgh, comprises open-plan office accommodation across three levels. We provided full M&E design as part of a design and build contract with Morris & Spottiswood, covering the refurbishment of approximately 1,700m² of ground floor office space.
