Ruby Hotel

Hunter REIM’s development of 104 to 108 Princes Street will introduce Ruby Hotels’ first establishment in Scotland. This project, which occupies the former Zara, Next, and Russell & Bromley premises, marks the most significant single investment in Princes Street since the Johnnie Walker Experience.

Wallace Whittle provided comprehensive MEP and sustainability consultancy to achieve planning approval in this World Heritage Site. This required detailed coordination and sensitive integration of the plant systems to support the low-energy, all-electric, and highly sustainable building.
