Wallace Whittle were the  MEP and Sustainability Consultants for this prestigious residential development within York City Centre. The development comprises four individual apartment blocks with a total of 670 apartments, including ‘Private Rented Sector’ and ‘Open Sale Purchase’.

Full MEP design, compliant to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 has been delivered across the development with a sympathetic approach applied particularly to Planning conditions within the historic cities approach to archaeology, ecology and environmental considerations.
