Dagenham Dock
Dagenham Dock is a new residential led, mixed use balanced community, to be built on the site of a former Ford stamping plant in Dagenham. The site will comprise 3,500 good quality homes, 5,000m2 of non-residential uses that are focused on amenity for the local community, 5,000m2 of employment floor space targeted at local, small and medium enterprises, and a 5 acre plot for the delivery of a new secondary school.
Wallace Whittle are appointed by Peabody to provide mechanical and electrical input, utilities planning and energy strategies for the masterplan and in support of the outline planning application.
