St James Quarter

St James Quarter regenerates the east end of Edinburgh via a retail-led, mixed-use development including a retail galleria, an enticing mix of restaurants and bars, a boutique cinema, 3 story basement car park and will soon feature the luxury W Edinburgh and a Roomzzz Aparthotel. Wallace Whittle provided MEP and sustainability services for the development and were engaged from conception.
