Dublin Airport Central

This €48M commercial campus situated within Dublin airport complex, included the new build of 200,000f² of highly sustainable Grade A office space spread, over two six storey buildings.  The offices achieved LEED Gold Rating, Platinum Wired Score Rating, a highly energy efficient BER ‘A3’ rating and the entire project was managed and delivered to BIM L2.  We also undertook the design of infrastructure and the site wide urban realm, including architectural exterior lighting, creating a safe and pleasant ambience.
