This exciting mixed use development includes 1m ft2 of office space, over 300 PRS flats, amenity space and stunning public realm. We provided expertise in sustainability, energy strategy, infrastructure, MEP design, resilience, business continuity and technology. Following major pre-let, we worked closely with the tenant team in the development of their state of the art Fin Tech campus.
